Once I have completed the training what happens next?
The APHA will be automatically notified, through this website, and will process your authorisation for OV status, a process which takes up to ten working days. Once successful, you will be notified by email and will be able to download your certificate of authorisation from this website. The APHA will then send your OV stamp to you, in most cases, to your main practice address.
Please note that this is an automatic process, however it will not proceed if, when you registered on this site, you notified APHA that you do not require OV status. You will have done this by removing the tick in the OV application box. i.e. You have applied for OV status by default unless you specifically opted out.
